BeanTrack OS employs an enterprise multi-tenant database architecture. Tenant isolation is enforced natively at the database kernel layer through strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies:

• Strict Tenant Scoping: No tenant can ever query, join, or mutate another roastery’s green bean lots, cupping notes, blend ratios, or supplier costs.
• Cryptographic Token Verification: Every API transaction validates signed token claims containing the tenant organization identifier and role assignment.

Coffee roasting operations cannot afford floor downtime during peak production hours. We back our infrastructure with rigorous commitments:

• 99.9% Monthly Availability: Guaranteed uptime across core inventory calculation engines, API gateways, and dispatch pipelines.
• Offline Kiosk Resilience: Vernacular touch kiosks on packaging and receiving floors cache active work orders locally. Operators can continue scale weighing and dock confirmations even during transient network drops; batches auto-sync upon reconnection.
• Automated Daily Backups: Point-in-time recovery (PITR) with continuous multi-region transaction replication.

FSSAI & SCA Traceability Compliance

BeanTrack OS implements immutable lot ledgering. Every state transition—from Coorg green bean receipt to roasted bean degas release—generates a permanent timestamped audit event:

• Immutable digital Lorry Receipts (LR) with driver & vehicle verification.
• FSSAI Chicory Percentage formula validation (≥51% pure coffee requirement).
• SCA Cupping Scorecard audit trails tied to green bean purchase orders.
